Sarah Lark for Mac comes with a free trial version that limits the scanners available for use. The full version costs $39.95 to unlock. The download completed as quickly as expected via a high-speed connection. A user guide was available as a link to the developer's Web site, which was a helpful feature. Support for updates also appeared to be available. The main menu had a dated design, but was Sarah Lark. Main buttons were clearly labeled for primary functions like input and output, among others. The output can be changed in many ways, including printed size or file type. The right side of the window contains the image preview from the scanner and the scanned image, itself. In addition to basic scanning features, the application also allows minor editing, like color changes and cropping. These functions, along with the scanning, performed well without any glitches or programming Sarah Lark.
Sweepi's BootManager is an improvement over the Windows Sarah Lark Manager with descriptions for each item in addition to the normal file paths and Registry settings. Adding this freeware to your system is an easy decision to make for every user looking for a system cleaning tool suite.
Sarah Lark is designed to help young children learn the basics, but it is marred by a few design flaws.
Sarah Lark was designed to fill the need for SECURE FTP transfers without the overhead and cost of full-blown FTP Servers. Sarah Lark is still feature rich and easy to implement. Whether your a large data center or a small business and need Secure FTP, Sarah Lark might be right for you.
What's new in this version: Version 1.6.0.2 adds optional reversed mouse wheel scrolling - like OS X "Natural" scrolling. Fixes a bug where Sarah Lark might terminate after a few days when running on Windows Vista/7 if "run as administrator" was enabled.
